Location: CollectU Warehouse – Northbrook, IL
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday; Flexible hours may be available based on workload and shipping schedules 
Salary Range: $50,000- $55,000 DOE

The Role

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and takes pride in making sure products are packed and shipped accurately and efficiently.

The Fulfillment Associate will support day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving inventory, preparing shipments, organizing products, and assisting with inventory management.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive and check in inventory from UPS, FedEx, and trucking companies
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Pack customer orders and prepare shipments for distribution
  • Strap and secure large items to pallets for freight shipments
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory levels and storage areas
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking
  • Use basic computer skills for email communication and spreadsheet updates
  • Climb a six-foot ladder to stock and retrieve inventory safely
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Support special projects and high-volume fulfillment periods as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move boxes and materials throughout the day
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and spreadsheets
  • Dependable with strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
